Meetings
Milestone Meetings are held with each home
buyer at certain "milestones" in the building process.
This helps to keep the buyer informed about the progress of their
home, as well as keeping them involved every step of the way
Customer
Walk Through
The customer walk through provides the new
home buyer an opportunity to become familiar with all aspects of
the home. The "walk through" will be scheduled approximately
48 hours prior to closing.
11-month punchlist (download as pdf file)
At the 11 month of home ownership we will
send a reminder notice to mail in your 11-month punchlist. This
punchlist should consist of warranty items that you have found while
living in the home that you want us to evaluate and determine warranty
status.
