Customer Service Mission
The Customer Service Department is committed to creating and reinforcing a culture at Ashwood Companies where quality is number one and where all Ashwood employees, vendors and subcontractors work as a team to bring our customers the highest product and service quality and customer service in the industry. We will increase value to our customers by implementing cost effective customer service procedures. We will ensure good homeowner relations by open and frequent communications with our customers and by reinforcing a culture of customer service throughout Ashwood!

Home Warranty Program
Ashwood Development Companies is a member of the Home Builders Association of New Hampshire and of the National Association of Home Builders. We provide each homeowner with a one year warranty. The Warranty commences on the closing date.

Home Owners Manual
Ashwood provides a homeowners manual at the time of the purchase & sales agreement. This manual outlines the different aspects of your home as well as Ashwood's warranty

Buyer Orientation Evening
During this information packed evening you will meet other future neighbors, learn about Ashwood, our home warranty, and the building and closing processes. You will also have the opportunity to meet our Customer Care Team. The orientation evening provides an opportunity for you to understand your new home experience from beginning to end.

Milestone Meetings
Milestone Meetings are held with each home buyer at certain "milestones" in the building process. This helps to keep the buyer informed about the progress of their home, as well as keeping them involved every step of the way

Customer Walk Through
The customer walk through provides the new home buyer an opportunity to become familiar with all aspects of the home. The "walk through" will be scheduled approximately 48 hours prior to closing.

11-month punchlist (download as pdf file)
At the 11 month of home ownership we will send a reminder notice to mail in your 11-month punchlist. This punchlist should consist of warranty items that you have found while living in the home that you want us to evaluate and determine warranty status.
